Observation

Based on the information provided during the complaint inspection it was determined that the program does not have a restraint policy and when the licensor asked why there was no restraint policy the program admistratiors indicated that they do not have a restraint policy, becuase the program does not allow for restraint. Therefore the teacher involved in the complaint, used restraint without proper restraint training.
